Yoga

Whether you are a beginner, or advanced practitioner, private classes are a great way to work on skills, breath work, and any goals you may have with your personal practice.

I received my 200 Hr Yoga Alliance training in 2013 and have since been teaching funky Vinyasa flow, Yin, Restorative, Power Yoga, and Intermediate. I absolutely love to incorporate short meditations, affirmations, nurturing hands on assists, and relaxing svanasanas. I can’t wait to share space with you.

Bodywork

The ancient healing practice targeting the mind, body, and spirit, Thai Yoga Massage combines assisted yoga postures with gentle pressure to the energy lines of the body. This art brings deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and total well being.

On my second journey to Southeast Asia, I studied Traditional Thai-Yoga Massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand in hopes to bring more hands on healing to others. I am now a certified Bodyworker and offer private Thai bodywork at Borealis Community Yoga in Medford as well as my home. Bodywork means so much to me- more than I ever could have imagined. The exchange of energy, giving and receiving, and simply touch gives my life a whole new love and warmth. A feeling that I want to share with others. Workshops
